ACCOMMODATION
As there are a small number of rooms in the venue itself, these have been reserved for the wedding party, but there are plenty of accommodation options in the area and we have hired a minibus for the entire evening and into the wee small hours to transport guests from Middleton Park House to wherever you’re staying (at whatever time suits you!)

Clarke's Self Catering - Castletown Geoghegan
This self catering bungalow is in the village itself and comes really highly recommended. It is very close to the church, Middleton Park House and the local pubs. There are 4 double rooms with ensuites and they are all very nice.
The house is €250 for the night so it's very good value for a gang - this includes all linens and snacks and the makings of a full Irish breakfast

Green Village - Castletown Geoghegan
The following self catering accommodation options are in the village of Castletown Geoghegan and set in a parkland owned by the Murphy family who run this farm. It is a beautiful site with plenty of activities (including fishing, a sauna & gym and even an outdoor hot tub). Don't be put off by the name, it isn't a hippy commune!

We have stayed in one (in the name of research) and will be back. They're very warm & comfortable & facilities are great but it was August when we stayed & the depths of winter could be a different thing altogether! Even if you don't fancy these for the night of the wedding, we'd recommend you staying in one another time, they're brilliant.
